Lay Associates
Who are the Associates?
Our Associates are men and women, young people, adults, elderly, families and priests, who, in their state of life, desire to know and live the specific Franciscan-Micarellian Spirituality. They can give specific contributions according to their different vocations, gifts, personal attitudes and talents by which they avail themselves. Everyone can have a role and a task within the Micarellian Family. Religious and laity, aware of being called to live and give witness to the Mystery of the Church which is Communion, feel committed:

-
to know each other
-
to create ties of communion in spirit of collaboration
-
to be interested and open to receiving and treasuring the originality and gifts of which each one is the bearer
-
to share a formative process which is essential to journeying together
-
to look toward the future with Franciscan optimism, hope and creativity, finding “new forms of mutual responsibility”, in respect to the diversity, differences and identity of each person, culture and community.
